Jia Qing Wu is a Chinese pool player and double world champion. He was a teenager who won the World 9-Ball Championship. Wu, also known by his younger name "Chiachung Wu", beat Ouschan, Austria's world number 1, in the finals, by 11 percentage points. Wu also won the World Eight-Ball Championship, and placed second in the World ten-ball championship.

Tyler Styler is an American pool players. He started playing pool in the age of 14, and finished 13th in the WPA World Junior Championship. He has won numerous international tournaments, including the Kremlin World Cup and the World Championship in 8-ball. In the last few years, he has been in the top ten of the world.
He was the youngest European representative to the Mosconi Cup in 2008 and was named MVP. He was also the youngest player to win the China Open, and in the following year he won the European Pool Championship. In 2019, he won the WPA World 9-ball Championship and the Leende Open. He also won the US Open-9-ball championship first place.

The Dynamic Billard Veldhoven Open commenced with the 9 ball individual competition. The Netherlands' most popular sports channel Ziggo Sports Channel will broadcast live the first match. There will also be a semi-final, and the final.
Ivar Sais lost to Albin Ouschan in a thrilling match. Albin won nine out of ten points to take the win. He will now face the winner of Erol Kayas against Michel Bartol to reach the knockout stage.
David Alcaide defeats Shane Van Boening at the Dynamic Billard Veldhoven Open
The Dynamic Billard Veldhoven Open has reached its final phase and Shane Van Boening is still in the running for the title. American had won the Predator World-10-ball Championship last year. Joshua Filler is the current World Pool and Billiards Association (9-ball) champion. Filler will be Filler's opponent. Both men had managed to survive difficult draw conditions. Filler drew the final round against Gerson Martinez of Peru and Van Boening faced Russia's Fedor Gorst. Filler was able to win the second phase matches by four games.
Van Boening was the top 64-player seed. He had spent many hours in Qatar perfecting his break shot. This helped him get past his first four opponents. He won them all by a combined score 44-14. He beat Orcollo and beat David Alcaide the next round.
