Joshua Filler

Joshua Filler from Bonen is a German pool player who is making waves in professional pool. The 21-year-old has won the China Open and the 10-ball European Pool Championships. He is the youngest person ever to win these two competitions. In addition to winning the China Open, he is also the youngest player to ever win the European Pool Championships.

Filler started playing the sport at age seven and was already competing at the national level. He represented Europe in the Mosconi Cup at age twenty-five. He won the China Open 9-ball tournament as well as the European Pool Championship ten-ball. In the final, he defeated Italian Carlo Biado to win his first world championship. In addition to the World Pool Masters title, he won the Mosconi Cup and the World Cup of Pool. He also won the US Open Pool Championship.

Lo Hosum

Lo Ho-sum, the first Hong Kong pool player, reached the World Pool Masters Finals. He is still relatively unknown outside his home country despite his recent success in the sport. Lo was an unofficial wild-card player to the Gibraltar tournament. He won a number of matches and reached the final. In the quarterfinals, he defeated Shane Van Boening but fell to Joshua Filler. It was originally held in Europe, but it has since been expanded to include players from all over the world. Lo has a strong professional record and has held a high ranking throughout his career.

Sanchez Ruiz

Francisco Sanchez Ruiz won the 2022 US Open Pool Championship. He defeated Max Lechner 13-10 in final. This win places him at the top on the Live Nineball World Rankings. He also receives $50,000 as the first award. It also makes Sanchez Ruiz the first Spanish player to win one of pool's oldest majors. The win also pushed Sanchez Ruiz over the $100,000 mark, passing Shane Van Boening in the process.

Sanchez Ruiz faced many challenges against Filler. He managed to overcome his initial nerves after making two consecutive racks. After Filler fought back to take a three-point lead, Sanchez Ruiz managed to run out with a two-rack buffer.
